It is now possible on some parks on the Costa del Sol to be able to buy your new mobile homes direct from your local mobile home dealership in the UK.

Park Homes Spain Ltd are based in the UK and  Spain have a transport and relocation division and are able to offer their customers the exact same service and cost that the park/mobile home in Spain dealership includes in the price of the UK manufactured home they advertise on the Costa del Sol. With them you are able to either bring the mobile home you currently own in UK or Spain or buy a home yourself in the UK direct from any mobile home dealer. They can transport the home to Spain and  install it on one of their partner parks on the Costa del Sol.

It now opens up the market place here in Spain to real competition because you can get quotes from any UK mobile home dealership and take advantage of ex-demo or show home deals they are offering. They are happy to suggest dealers local to you so that you can get some idea as to what you can buy a new mobile home for. Display models are great for negotiating a discount.

As with all mobile homes destined for Spain they do incur transport and installation/entrance costs on the park itself.
